Florida District
Florida Civitan’s are currently a collection of 19 local area clubs. Within each club, Civitan members volunteer their time, efforts and abilities to help people in need within their LOCAL areas.
The magnitude of the Civitan volunteerism includes assisting those with physical and intellectual disabilities; helping the elderly; assisting children and young adults with challenges; and making their communities better places for families to live. Within their district and their local clubs, members develop fellowship and learn how to use their skills to the best advantage through training and leadership roles.
