The St. Petersburg Civitan Foundation was established to raise funds to support the charitable contributions for the St. Petersburg Civitan Club.   The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization dedicated to supporting research into causes and treatment of developmental disabilities and support of programs for and training of persons with developmental disabilities.  The Foundation promotes an educated community through scholarships to local students pursuing graduate degrees.  The Foundation financially supports PARC, Special Olympics of Pinellas County, Louise Graham Regeneration Center and the Civitan International Research Center.  CIRC is an arm of the University of Alabama Hospital in Birmingham, where they are doing cutting-edge development for treatment and prevention of diseases such as Autism and Alzheimer’s.  The Foundation also funds scholarships through the Pinellas Education Foundation and the St Petersburg College Foundation to promote education in our community.

The St Petersburg Civitan Foundation operates the Civitan Beach House in Indian Shores FL as the source for fundraising.
